They're both racoons and are brother and sister.
Dante is VERY anti-social and carries around a hunting knife in his right sleeve. He flips out if he sees fire. And yes, his left eye is green and his right eye is blue =3
DJ Mandy is a very social DJ and is the type of girl who loves a good party. Her and Neon are best pals.
